Hey!
I'm Brearne,
I'm an Australian-Italian who, despite appearing bright and bubbly to most, have experienced some low lows, burnout and extreme difficulty with my mind in the past.
Since learning how my busy brain functions and letting go of what didn't serve me (goodBYE people pleaser antics, high expectations and old patterning) I've since found immense freedom in creating a life that works for me by learning to harness who I am and being true to myself.
I'm extremely passionate about supporting adults and children find what they are looking for in this life, whether it is the goodness that is the true them - underneath the 'masked' exhausted version, a life goal, composting what is no longer necessary (stress, old patterns) and finding a life that truly works for them. A golden life!
I utilise the modalities of Coaching and Hypnotherapy to get you there.
