I use a collection of modalities dependent on your needs – this may include Hypnosis, Coaching, Reiki, elements of Maori Healing (for in person) or a mix of all.
These sessions are an opportunity for you to take time out just for you, to soften into your body and, if you choose, to soften into unfelt feelings, process and allow your body to feel lighter with more clarity.

Allow your body to rest while I activate and alleviate pressure points where we store stress and sometimes trauma in our fascia. You may experience a deep release here or deep rest. All emotions and feelings are welcome and held here.
